- Can I still order online?
Yes, orders can still be placed online as usual, and we will continue to dispatch as long as our couriers advise it is safe to do so. Our updated shipping information can be found here.
I want to order, but am worried about taking in deliveries
Whilst our couriers are making adjustments to be able to deliver parcels as safely as possible, we understand if you would prefer to delay receipt of an order. If you would like to take advantage of our current offers, but delay delivery, please pop a message in the notes section when placing your order, and we will hold it until you're ready.
Please note, that our standard lead time will apply from when you inform us that you would like your order sending out.
We've also introduced electronic gift cards valid for 6 months, available from £10, which make great gifts.
What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of Covid-19?
All of The Awesome Art Company team are able to work from home, and are doing so. Our production partners assure us that they are taking the safety of their team seriously, introducing split shifts to minimise the number of people who are working together at any one time, and to make them better able to observe a 2m distance between team members.
What is the returns policy during this time?
Please still let us know within 30 days if you would like to return an item. If you are unable to return the item to us within this time period, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
